Trying to decide between one of these. Need narrow footprint. Looking at the 4 with the loveseat middle. I do like the fact that the Palliser is made in the USA but there are some good deals on the Fusion and Berkline. Any input on people with any of these? Thanks!

I thought Berkline is out of business but I noticed they're (13175) available online? Are the Berkline 13175s made in the same factory as the Lane Grand Slam 175?

I think Lane took over building that seat. Berkline is out of business but there is some of their inventory available online

KKOSH,

1. Comparing Lane 175, which is Berkline 13175 (exactly the same chair) and Palliser BLADE would not be apple to apple comparison if you are trying to compare them with FC Jive-1013.
2. Just to be clear - Palliser IS NOT MADE IN USA. A few Palliser home theater models are made in Canada, the rest are made in Mexico.
3. It would be much better to compare Berkline 13175 / Lane 175 with FC Lagoon-1011, which is quite improved version of these.

The Blade according to Theater Store is North American made but must not be true. Didn't call them. Disappointing if they are misrepresenting it.
Why don't you think I can compare it to the Berkline or the Fusion Jive? I understand they are different seats but that is what I am looking to find out. What are the main differences? I love the looks of the Lagoon but I think it is to wide for my room.
Sell me Roman on your seats! smile.gif

KKOSH,

1. Mexico is still North America, so they do not misrepresent it, but I do find it being a bit of a "marketing trick".
2. What I said about comparing is that the FC Jive-1013 has much more to offer then either of the above mentioned seats, so it would not be fair to compare the Jive with others.

If you want the details, contact me off line...

Yeah, it is a good trick. They even put an American flag by it! I will call you. Thanks!
