Hello,
My name is Bryant, im looking to get mounts prefered the ceiling mounts for my Martin Logan Motion 15 speakers. They are book shelf speakers however here are the specs, the single thread on the back is 3/18-16 it's pretty big and uncommon. Also, the weight is 12 pounds and meassures wide 6.8" and Height 11.4"

Does Anyone know where i can get mounts for these speakers?

Please! Thank you!

A search for "speaker mount 3/8" gives a lot of hits. Including Omni products:

Hey thank you!

I did go to amazon spent about 3 hours looking. I ended up getting the omnimount 20.0c ceiling. It said that it fit that bolt. Martin logan speakers really are picky!

Thanks again!

OK!

The Omnimount's no longer make the once required! ! !

So here is the better choice actually!

These worked well i have the Motion 15 mounted!

Looks great!

The speaker brackets can be found on Amazon -

http://www.amazon.com/Vantage-Point-BSM-B-Bookshelf-Speaker/dp/B0000DIX1Y/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1363911821&sr=8-12&keywords=vantage+point+speaker+mount

The brand is Vantage Point (www.thinkvp.com) and the model is BSM-B, they are discounted on Amazon of course.

Can you post a picture of what this looks like?

also, how much can you angle the speakers horizontally?

As you can see the mounts are readily moveable and easy to adjust. I've had these mounts for a bit of 10 months and have not moved a centimeter off from where it was left. I love them, the metal posts and the threading to use the screws is amazingly strong. Keep in mind the mounts are METAL and they do have their own weight. So you have to add the weight of the mount plus the Speakers you choose to use and make sure you ceiling can handle it!

Overall no issues at all, i have 4 of these mounts holding 4 Motion 15's. The threading is so big it requires these mounts specifically!

Hope this helps!

I fell that the angle Horizontally is about 180 degrees and vertically about 180 degrees. They are very customizable.
