Since no one has chimed in and you bumped the thread, I'll give you my impression of the chair:
* It is a very nice chair for the money.
* The fit and finish are very nice (especially for that price range)
* They are a little bit more firm than chairs from Lane.
* I would not hesitate to purchase these

Let me know if you have any specific questions. It's been a while since I sat in them but I'll do my best to answer any questions.

thank you so much for your input ken, i was wondering about the back since it looks a little stubby in the picture. how does the seat back height compare to other seats? would someone such as myself who is a little heavy set standing 5'11 reach the headrest comfortably?

do you have any in your showroom. i live quite far but i have checked every local vender and none hold this chair in stock so it would be well worth the drive to try that and other seats out.

again thanks!!

The Seat back is 42" which is pretty much average for theater seats. Taller back heights go up to 43, 44 and even 46". The 42" should be fine at your height and provide adequate head support.

We do not display the model here in Maryland, unfortunately.

Slightly more firm than Berklines. Keep in mind that Berkline went out of business about two years ago. In my opinion yes, you could spend a lot of time in it. But I only say in the chair for a few minutes and comfort is a subjective thing.
