Anyone have experience buying media seats from ****************/HTOutlet?

I'm thinking of buying Seatcraft-Trenton seats from them since they appear to closely match the Lane 175 seats I currently have in my media room.

I just ordered some seat craft 5131's from them on eBay.
I'll let you know next week how it works out

Well took delivery today.

One of the chairs was wrong, false specs on wall clearance by a very large amount and one of the back cushions was placed on the hinges and left an imprint in the fabric and stretched it.

Overall impressions are so so with them. I filed an ebay claim for a replacement chair for the incorrect one or a decent credit back and I will just keep it.
The real test will be in how they respond

I also think they go under multiple company names.
Eurotec Corp, HTOutlet, **************** and possibly 4seat.com which seems a little weird.

I called to file a claim for a partial refund and may just fab some brackets, i will update once this goes forward. They wanted me to fill out a chauncey word document and attach pictures which was kind of low tech, but I can deal with it.

I ended up getting more Lane 175 Chairs from a local furniture store. They had about 20 of the Lane 175 chairs with left arms only in stock but couldn't sell them and no two arm chairs. So they got the company that made the 175 model for Lane (Company called Ausen) to make them some two arm 175 chairs so they could complete the sets.

So I bought a row of three for $1000 plus $59 for white glove delivery. They are power with brown bonded leather,

Delivery is tommorow.

Nice. Congrats man!
That's kind if where they screwed me was giving me an extra right arm facing end to butt up against a right hand facing middle piece.
So I cannot connect the row now because of this.
My complete row of 4 is now 2 rows of 2 aside each other

Congrats Man.

I looked at various furniture stores locally over the weekend. I saw the lane 175 chairs at stacys and they quoted $1300 (3 chairs) and $59 for white glove delivery. For the price, I thought they were better; In straight mode (no recline position), I didn't feel comfortable as back cushion was hurting my neck. Sales guy told me that they need to 'break in' for sometime before it will become comfortable

Did you furniture got delivered and how would feel about the purchase

Call Stacy's outlet location in flower mound. Ask for Larry. He gets the seats from the same warehouse the main store does but he always has better pricing.

The row of three you saw in Grapevine is one two armed seat for $499 and two one arm seats for $399 each plus tax and delivery

Larry charged me $460 for the two arm seat and $368 for each one arm seat.

So my price for all three power seats was aprox $1,198 plus $55 for white glove delivery plus $100 on taxes.

The seats were delivered today. They are a very dark brown color. They look almost black compared to my first row of 175 seats which are a lighter shade of brown.

I'm 6ft 240 and find the chairs to be comfortable. I'm not sure about them needing to be broken in. That sounds like salesmen bs. Could be a problem with the chair on display.

These are the item/model numbers you need to give him. I took an iPhone pic at the grapevine store.

I bought the front four seats from Larry several months ago. The three seats in the back row were delivered today.

Well HT Outlet offered me a $275 refund and to try and see if they have brackets to send me to install.
That is more than I expected for sure. I am still waiting for it to come though, but if it happens, I am happy with the response

But the bad info on dimensions and two rows of 2 Vs a row of four would tick me off.

To an extent it is slightly annoying but for a $500 investment now, I can't complain. I made money on the deal at this point as I sold my sectional to buy these. I have the space to let them recline and the not connecting one seat isn't a huge deal as no one knows but me and won't move as it's on carpet

I can live with it for that little investment.

One the chairs has a foul odor that has not gone away. It's like a mix of mildew smell and chemical smell. Hopefully they agree to replace. The other two chairs are fine.
