Advice on Home theatre components

Hi there,

After 3 years I am finally finishing my home theatre. I had a custom sound proof room built which has been amazing. They will now finally finish the millwork and I am going to get the equipment. The room setup is a large u-shaped couch which is great for having large groups of my kids and their friends and which is on a 6 inch platform (as i have a shaker floor)

I recently purchased a Sony VPL-HW40ES projector (great value for the price) as well as a Sony 3d blue ray player but have otherwise been using old equipment. It is now time to finish things up.

I am looking for thoughts and advice.

the following has been recommended

Screen - Da-Lite - Da-Snap 16:9 HD Pro Acoustically Perforated 1.1 gain (119" diagonal measurement).

Audio - KLIPSCH THX / REFERENCE II HOME THEATRE SYSTEM which includes the following:

(3) THX in-wall L,C,R Channel Speakers

(4) RS-52 II Surround Speakers

(2) SW-112 Subwoofers

(1) Onkyo NR727 7.2 THX SELECT AVR (Although they may change to Sone Elite Series - model still undetermined)

I already have a shaker floor installed (but have not been able to test it as I did not have an adequate sound system).

I will be installing a HTPC - recommendations???
and using MC19 whcih is made by JRiver and is in my opinion the best media control software out there. The HTPC will be connected to my 12tb server (cat 6) which has all my music and movies

I also need advice on automation for lights and overall control. Thoughts on URC versus other brands would be helpful.

Thanks

Dave
