How do I make a digital movie poster with 32" TV?

Seen some threads but seemed like they were more of the software side. Did a google search on how to make a digital movie poster and use old tv to make a digital movie poster and nothing really comes up. Some youtube vids but they just link back here for the software/app. Maybe I'm blind but I'm not seeing it. Sorry if I need my hand held on this.

It would be nice to see the different software options that people are using.
USB files, or old firesticks etc?

The photobucket change has killed a lot of image links in various threads. The next best thing is looking through the those two threads for people linking to their build threads. Trick is, there's no real process on this one. Some people built frames to mount the display into, some just stuck the display on the wall as is, a few even went to pulling the bezel out and building a completely custom box for it.

Remember, no matter where you go... You're not where you were anymore.
