Does anyone know if the SEC Championship game will be shows live? And if so, what channel? CBS is broadcasting the Big Ten Tournament. The SEC championship game was orinially set for 1:00 EST, but was changed due to the damage to the Georgia Dome.

Watching the CBS feed on ESPN2HD. Wish ESPN2 would drop the bottom line.

Also getting occasional audio/video drop outs.

It's time to give props to WLNS for the HD crawl generator!!!

Now we need WHTV to go HD and Lansing's CW to get a separate transmitter so it isn't a digital sub.

It's on both ESPN2 and CBS here in Arkansas.

that announcer is sure hung up GA winning their 4th game in 3 days, and they're really winning their 3rd game in 2 days, they got Friday off(cancelled)

Maybe they played past midnight thursday, not sure, I guess that would constiitute winning 4 in 3 days.

Congrats to UGA; what an accomplishment!

I just hope that this doesn't bump UK out of the tourney.

CBS provided the feed to ESPN2, and CBS stations in the local also carried it.

It was truly bizarre seeing CBS on ESPN2. PQ was excellent, though.

Actually, at least on D* (HR20), ESPN2's 'pass-through' of the CBS feed wasn't 100% crisp - I noticed some red "bleed-through" on the Bulldog's uniforms, and of course the bottom line was annoying. Once CBS switched over to it when the Big 10 game ended, you could compare and the PQ on CBS was much better, none of the red bleeding effects. Maybe E2 was doing something to the PQ.
Anybody else notice this?

Well they were converting it to 720p which can reduce the picture quality.

That could be it, and my TV's native resolution is 1080i. Good call.

I kept it on ESPN2HD because i was getting 5.1, my CBS local doesn't pass 5.1

Georgia's run on Saturday and Sunday was remarkable, particularly given that they were underdogs (at 4-12, SEC-E-6) in each of those three games. My theory is that the chaos that disrupted the tournament had the least impact on the team that travelled the least to get there. But congratulations for being the 6th SEC team in the Dance, and the SEC Tournament Champions, Georgia Bulldogs!

That's gotta be the first time the SEC Tournament Champion was a No. 14 seed in the Big Dance! Congratulations!
