No expert on the series, but have it all on disk. I must say, my revisit/re-watch is held in check, but I covet the
time when I can plunge into the series with no distractions.

Don't know how many folks here watch 'Mythbusters', but I found this clip on the Vulture site. Fascinating! Big spoiler concerning the finale obviously, so be forewarned if you're a BB virgin and plan on binging the show at some point.

Could Walt’s Gun-in-the-Trunk Plan in Breaking Bad’s Finale Work?

Starting season 5 next week! I've never seen it
I've been watching with my dad via NetFlix. We just finished season four this week.

I had Dishnetwork when season 5 was released, and during that time there was a AMC provider disagreement so I was unable to watch season 5.. Or something like that.

Can't wait for the shock (or disappointments) going into the new season.

ZERO disappointments, its hands down the best season PERIOD. Just wait until you watch episode 6 Ozymadias. Quite possibly the best thing ever seen on TV.

Yeah, those last few episodes of 'Breaking Bad' were just exquisite, nearly perfect hours of television. Talk about ending on a high note! For my money, the best series ending ever, hands down.

I'll hold opinion on the best, but I'm sharing the series with a friend now and can't wait to her feedback when she passes the first season.
It was the spark for the entire series.

Finished episode 7 last night. Walt shot Mike!? wow

You could tell Walt's shock emotion after shooting him. Wonder if Mike is done for?

Lots of famous internet gif's made from episode 7. Jesse face grabbing in front of the TV news cast about the missing boy, Jesse awkwardly drinking water at the dinner table, and Walt saying "you're god damn right".

Next Tuesday my dad and I will watch episode 8 and 9.

Nice piece on "60 Minutes"(see CBS video segment) last Sunday about the lead actor, including his recent LBJ role. The longer segment on A.I. seemed more interesting IMO.-- John

Bryan Cranston is by any measure a great actor. I saw him most recently in the title role in Trumbo. It's not a great film but Cranston gave a great performance as Dalton Trumbo. Side note: A couple of weeks ago I watched Roman Holiday, the screenplay for which Trumbo wrote. He won the Best Writing Oscar for it but because of his blacklist problems, credit was given to another writer and the error wasn't corrected until years later.

People still watch this terrible show? Oh man how sad, should I watch it for my 5th time? It would be my first time watching it on my new TV, the Samsung UN55KS800D.

Well BB wasn't filmed in 4k.

But they're producing 4K masters for Better Call Saul.

4k really doesn't matter to me. My TV upgrade was going from a 6 series to an 8. I have the BB BluRay, so the TV will upscale it, the PQ will look better no matter what just because of the TV being a better model.

Just finished the series! I'm overrun with emotion. Perfect closure all around! wow.

It was nice Walt saw his baby girl and Flynn. Not to mention talk to his wife which he kept the wedding ring. Let Jesse go after settling the score.

The red laser with the sniper riffle was a good trick.

No closure for Marie/Hank though. The DA's source for the burial site will let Marie know that Walt did not kill Hank. A closer (Marie knowing Walt did not kill Hank.)

Sigh. What a series. I'll miss it

It's good the second and third time around too, but I envy you for your first time viewing. Congrats. What did you think of the ending song?

I STILL say after the red laser sniper rifle trick they should have showed Sneaky Pete and Badger getting back in Walt's car with backpacks from the Laser Tag place Saul kept pushing on Walt and Jessie as a possible money laundering business or "camouflaged" meth lab.

Wouldn't surprise me if they did, but it got left on the cutting room floor. That's just the kind of thing Gilligan loved to do.

When I heard the opening notes of "Baby Blue" the first time I watched the finale I smiled and thought "Absolutely the perfect song" - and wished I would have thought of it first!
