Loved that part and the scene with Hwang. Frank and Bill Ponderosa are a natural fit.

Paddy's Wagon... hilarious stuff. I had a good laugh when Dennis pulled out the gun during his scheme's first failure.

Mac's deep investigative skills came to use. Or was it he who was deeply investigated?

A+ episode last night!

When Dennis was taking photos of the two girls while they were crying

How Mac returned from the gay bar with glitter and glee

Charlie drinking paint! How he finally admitted to Frank. Franked asked him "Charlie, are you drinking paint?" and Charlie replied with "yep"

Great stuff.

I loved Mac's imaginary dinner. Charlie kicking the dog away and throwing the raw meat to the floor.

The Obama and CCH Pounder voice imitations!

I don't know why, but for some reason this whole season I thought it was their last. As I'm watching the final episode I'm thinking to myself "this is a weak way to end the series" and then I find out it's coming back.

I really wish I could remember why I thought this was it for Sunny.

The depth of the depravity of these characters is limitless. Add in Cricket, Bill and the Mc Poages and the fun never ends.

Cristin Milioti, Nina Pedrad to Write, Star in FX Comedy Pilot
By Lesley Goldberg | Wednesday, June 08, 2016 | hollywoodreporter.com

'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's' Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton also will exec produce.

FX is back in business with Fargo's Cristin Milioti.

The cable network has handed out a pilot order to an untitled comedy written by and starring Milioti and Nina Pedrad, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The half-hour comedy project follows Maxine, her best friends Natalie and Amy, and stepbrother Landis as they navigate the abject ****-storm that is adulthood. Milioti will star as Maxine, an entitled actress turned process server who takes lemons and makes fire out of them — burning herself and others in the process. Maxine's dysfunctional, tight-knit clan serves as her surrogate family and always lets her sing the Aaron Burr parts of Hamilton.

Pedrad will play Natalie, a sharp-witted and scientifically inclined woman who sells marijuana and prescription drugs, but blanches at the term "drug dealer." She wants to be the Sheryl Sandberg of weed.

Milioti (Fargo, How I Met Your Mother, The Wolf of Wall Street) and Pedrad (New Girl, 30 Rock) will executive produce the pilot alongside FX Productions-based RCG Productions' (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton, as well as 3 Arts' Michael Rotenberg (It’s Always Sunny, Silicon Valley) and Nick Frenkel (It’s Always Sunny, The Mick). Pedrad will serve as showrunner.

"We are so excited to be working with a network as fearless as FX and are honored to potentially join the fives of shows about women on television today,” Milioti and Pedrad said Wednesday in a statement.

Milioti is repped by Gersh and Untitled; Pedrad, a writer and supervising producer on New Girl, is with UTA and 3 Arts. Pedrad is the younger sister of SNL's Nasim Pedrad, with the latter also attached to star in and write the Fox comedy pilot Chad, which was pushed off-cycle and is in contention for a midseason 2017 pickup at the network with 3 Arts also producing.

For FX, the Milioti-Pedrad comedy marks its latest female-driven half-hour pilot pickup. The cabler also is readying a half-hour starring Jenny Slate. Additionally, FX is readying a Tracy Morgan/Jordan Peele comedy pilot as well as an animated entry from Louis C.K. and Albert Brooks. On the drama side, FX has John Singleton's Snowfall in the works.

The pilot order comes as FX recently picked up Pamela Adlon comedy Better Things, exec produced by Louis C.K.
