I don't know who got it worse Chalky White or Agent Van Alden.

I wonder if Eli will survive....

Al was really out-of control at this point, so I'm looking forward to his arrest.

History aside, I wonder how this show will end?....

I think Buscemi has some mannerisms in his acting and the young actor playing young Nucky picked them up. Also wonder if they put in a prosthetic for an overbite.

Van Alden is fictional? So no way they were going to have him bring down Capone. But did Capone just hand the ledger to the feds in real life?

I've heard of Luciano in history but never Nucky Thompson before this show. So presumably Luciano triumphs.

Yeah, Boardwalk Empire is killing off principal characters at a rate that rivals Sons of Anarchy.
Garrett Adams and taxman48 like this.

Well people expect things to be wrapped up.

So some will walk off into the sunset, others will not.

I guess after The Sopranos, fans do not like the idea of criminals getting away scot free and they like even less the idea that you don't know what happens to them at the end.

Unlike Sopranos, there are a bunch of historical characters whose history you can look up.

I really hated to see Chaulky go ..

I just hope Dr.Narcisse sees a grisly and gruesome end ..

I think the scenes with the both of them were excellent. Unfortunately we were cut short of seeing more of the both of them on screen especially together.

It is a shame they didn't introduce the flashbacks to Nucky's youth couple seasons ago. Once the "present" story line had been established they could have flashed back. They are doing a very good job of it. It is providing good insight into to how Nucky became the man he "is." Eli was stupid back then too.

Personally I think they could of done almost a season of the "flashback" to show how he got to where he is now. Alas I am enjoying what they are giving us knowing everything will come to an end soon.
