So, is it stupid for anyone to have kids? Or is it stupid for you in particular to have kids?

My problem is not with crude humor it is with stuff that is not funny. I agree with David James it a sign of lazy writing, and that is the biggest problem with the show.

The funniest line of the last show for me was after the blonde tells the story to sell those CD Kat Dennings turns to Garret Morris, and asked "Is that true?" And he says, "She even lied about my last name." For me that was earned funny joke.

Shrug, there is a limit to how much you can push the limit on network television. And even pushing the limit would not make the jokes clever. On 30 Rock they made a Lemon Party joke as an integrated portion that made the whole scene hilarious if knew what a Lemon Party is.

It seems there is a defined limit on adult content in regards to nudity or profanity on network shows so this show is using crude humor in the form of sexual innuendo. Based on what they are doing up to this point I don't see how they can push the envelope any further in this regard.

It also doesn't seem to be any set limits or standards for this type of material. I have no problem with the use of crude sexual inferences in comedy but I don't think they are using it to push the envelope on a otherwise funny show. I think they are using it instead of being funny.

The shock value will wear off and this show will not make it in my opinion unless they improve the overall writing and acting.

The show would need to move to Showtime at that point- which would probably suit it better if it keeps going the way it's going.

I'll be amazed if CBS isn't taking some heat over the crude humor on Two Broke Girls.

I think the show is great....and I could think of a whole lot more ways for them to push the envelope. They do have a horse in their apartment, after all.....

They could install a half-height door, teach the horse to talk and have...Mr Ed!

I like this show. I didn't expect to when looking at previews of it - the promos - before the season kicked off. Two engaging leads - smart performances. Material is above what I anticipated. It's developing nicely.

The opening bit with the old ladies in the diner was a scream. And yeah, Vipfreak, I'm right there with you on the beatdown on the Italian chicks ....

Loathe that song, stupid mediocre Swedish band. And to use it on EVERY scene transition just makes me livid. This isn't Two & A Half Men, for crying out loud. It doesn't work! As much as i liked the show, that song just drove me insane and I had to stop watching it.

Now in NE Tucson, AZ with a cheap rabbit ears antenna. Got everything except KTTU (MyNetwork).

It drove me nuts too, one of the reasons I stopped watching it. Isn't that song in a commercial too?

That's interesting. Never heard of anyone that stopped watching a show because of a song. I stopped watching because the show is HORRIBLE.

the character is a Small Wonder fan, so that makes her pretty nerdy.
