Expect to get hammered by someone for posting the outcome of another show in this thread without a spoiler alert. I know I did unwittingly a couple of years ago. they came out of the woodwork after me.

Sad but true, given the potential his character had in S1.

Was Kenneth even a Wesen?

I found it odd that he never woged in either his fight with Renard or Nick.

The show has stubbornly refused to tell us anything about what the Royals are or what can they do. As far as we can tell, they-most of them, are merely humans possessing knowledge and control over the Wessen. Kenneth was shown to have unusual strength in his battle with Sean, but against Nick, he was pretty much lame Royal walking.

Next season, it'll be revealed the King can fly, and they won't say how....

From what we know, Royals are not Wesen. Renard is considered an abomination, because the King had sex with a Hexenbiest, so Renard's only half Royal. We still don't know anything about why the Royals are special or why nobody tries to get rid of them, but all indications are that they rule over Wesen and are not part of the Wesen community.

Speaking of things that are never explained, is Renard a Zauberbiest (sp?) because he's only half Hexenbiest, or is that what you call a male Hexenbiest?

Didn't we spend a large part of one season learning how difficult it is to kill a Hexenbiest? I know Juliette was shot with a couple arrows loaded with some super-poisen, but its not supposed to be that easy is it?

It depends on whether its the season finale or not?

There are some specialized weapons in Grimm - not supernatural but designed to exploit a particular Wesen vulnerability. IIRC in one early ep Nick needed a certain one-hand crossbow. Another required the Vambraces, and although I didn't catch it while watching I read that Nick also used the Vambraces to kill Kenneth. Perhaps the crossbow or bolt Trubel used on J was in some way hexenbiest-specific...

Should be fun, I still have the last two ep's from last year to finish. The show was in real trouble for a period before "Trouble" came along.........then I found it to be improved after that point.

D'oh, I forgot. In fact, I don't recall how it ended last season. Must be a Hexenbiest memory lapse spell.

Yep, and that's a bad sign .. I'm riding the fence on "Grimm" based on the sheer boredom of last season on some episodes and the "Wesen of the Week Club" .. the DVR is set and ready, and I hope things get interesting fast, but if I need to "cull the herd" at some point, based on continued boredom and the wealth of other material out there, a guys gotta do what a guys gotta do ..

Well, if they really wrote off Juliette, there maybe hope...but, it's Grimm...she'll be back, unless David dumped her in the off season.

I did not see Bitsie in the IMDb list for Season 5 ..not that that really means much ...

The preview indicates that the premiere is about Nick being angry after Juliette's death. It appears that she's gone for good, not that it'll be enough to save this show from its own mediorcrity.

I will miss Juliette, if she is really gone. They are shooting ep 5 or 6 and no sign of Bitsie.......yet. But I have hope.

Bitsie and David are still together. She joined him, the other cast, crew and family members on the show retreat in the late summer/early fall.

I don't understand all the love for Trubel. The actress cannot act, her voice squeaks and I just won't go any further because I seem to be the only person that doesn't find her character interesting AT ALL!

But, the show is coming back and that makes me happy.

I finally bugged the execs and writers enough that they finally are giving Hank a love interesting. He might become more than just the faithful sidekick for a while. But then, he will probably die this season. I was shocked that the black guy wasn't the first to go. I can usually count on that in any movie.

While I might like the lady in real life...her character sucked...not her fault. Trubel is an amatuer, but I don't find her unappealing. Hank hasn't worn a redshirt since the start...without Juliette, he's gonna be the anchor...unless it's cancelled.

Please cancel Grimm to release me from my obligation to continue watching it, NBC. It's the kind thing to do.

I usually just stop watching a show if it loses my interest. Suits and White Collar just became boring and repetitive to . Great dialogue, but it just went nowhere for me. So I stopped watching.
This year, think I'm burned out with NCIS. Still a good show but it is too formulaic almost no change except when forced my a cast member leaving. I have five episodes on my DVR and no interest in watching at all. I'm holding on to them in case my wife mentions them. She loves procedurals.

My life is too short to waste my time with shows I don't like anymore. Of all my shows now, GRIMM is my number one seed. GRIMM just gets better year after year! I love this show! There are three shows I HAVE to watch live: GRIMM, Once Upon a Time and Agents of Shield.
