Just sayin'.
Nothing they do on Grimm compares to
Spoiler!
on Blacklist...

Expect to get hammered by someone for posting the outcome of another show in this thread without a spoiler alert. I know I did unwittingly a couple of years ago. they came out of the woodwork after me.

In space, no one can hear you scream . . .

Sad but true, given the potential his character had in S1.

Was Kenneth even a Wesen?

I found it odd that he never woged in either his fight with Renard or Nick.

Not necessarily when the Captain is part of the cover-up. He can easily make the "record" go away... Or, maybe Woo never even reported that he was heading to arrest him so there was no record of it....

The show has stubbornly refused to tell us anything about what the Royals are or what can they do. As far as we can tell, they-most of them, are merely humans possessing knowledge and control over the Wessen. Kenneth was shown to have unusual strength in his battle with Sean, but against Nick, he was pretty much lame Royal walking.

Next season, it'll be revealed the King can fly, and they won't say how....

Dazed and confused over high tech.

From what we know, Royals are not Wesen. Renard is considered an abomination, because the King had sex with a Hexenbiest, so Renard's only half Royal. We still don't know anything about why the Royals are special or why nobody tries to get rid of them, but all indications are that they rule over Wesen and are not part of the Wesen community.

Speaking of things that are never explained, is Renard a Zauberbiest (sp?) because he's only half Hexenbiest, or is that what you call a male Hexenbiest?

Didn't we spend a large part of one season learning how difficult it is to kill a Hexenbiest? I know Juliette was shot with a couple arrows loaded with some super-poisen, but its not supposed to be that easy is it?

There are some specialized weapons in Grimm - not supernatural but designed to exploit a particular Wesen vulnerability. IIRC in one early ep Nick needed a certain one-hand crossbow. Another required the Vambraces, and although I didn't catch it while watching I read that Nick also used the Vambraces to kill Kenneth. Perhaps the crossbow or bolt Trubel used on J was in some way hexenbiest-specific...
