they dont even have a single going....guess that means we will have a "the voice" skit.

The next episode is a repeat from November.

The musicians this week were off their game. Their plan to drown out the vocalist failed as I could still barely hear her. Next time pump up the volume or turn down her microphone.

loved the opener with jeremy lin, beyonce and jay z (and don't forget prince), weekend update, lindsay buckingham, and that skit where they all lost it with the chicken.

Pressure of doing 4 live shows in a row. They try to keep it to 3 whenever possible. They also only air 22 episodes without being preempted. Most established shows air 24 episodes a season and take a week off here and there for special programming.

Because there is nothing like live television. Nothing. The sheer thrill of not knowing what happens next, in front of millions of viewers, makes the medium become the message; thanks to Marshall McLuhan.

It may also be possible that since the Oscars are the next day, some of the cast may be attending in support of any movies they may have been involved with (Bridesmaids for one). So a week off would seem appropriate.

I don't think they've done four consecutive new shows since the 70's.

This year began with 4 shows in a row. The last 2 of the 4 being the dreadful Anna Faris and Ben Stiller episodes. I think 2 in a row is good followed by a week off and then 2 more.

Why haven't there been any digital shorts in the past 3 or 4 episodes? I got excited when JT had the cameo, on hopes that he'd also be in a digital short. The last one I really remember was that awful music video one where the guy was in the rain or something.

And that's why I forgot to record the fourth show this season -- I assumed it was a rerun!

The maximum three new shows was a rule in the early days after the first time they did a fourth show that was a disaster. Back then they didn't have the army of writers they have now.

Because NBC is now owned by Comcast and that's what Comcast does... ruin everything it touches!!!

TechTV? Anyone? Anyone?

Versus?

Killed TechTV for the "eyeballs" for their G4 channel and VS has dropped to the basement since Comcast rebranded it as Comcast Sports.

Well, Here's my Sig!!!

Implants I saw her the other night on Jimmy Fallon and thought her cheeks looked rather odd.....that and a rather bad bruise(or maybe tattoo removal??) on her left arm. I agree, should be a rather interesting episode

It shows just how desperate NBC is at this point, to take a chance on her.

I have no idea what will happen or how it will go, but due to the uncertainty I will probably tune in at some point.

She asked Jimmy (Fallon) to show up and help her out. If he does, that will be at least one good skit.

Maybe Tina Fey could come along, too. I think she felt protective towards her, back when.

Sadly Lindsay looks like she could be fifty. What a waste of what was once a superior talent.

Tina did some really scathing jokes at Lindsey's expense around the time she went completely off the rails and was running around without underwear getting shots of her p****y plastered all over the web. Couldnt really blame Tina.
