On NBCSN the audio is the usual simulated DD 5.1.
On NBC the audio is stereo.

It's getting really annoying that NBCSN will not send out the audio as it's being mixed at the event and converts everything to a simulated DD 5.1.

Can anyone ask someone at NBC Sports if this will ever be fixed?
I would hope the Olympics coverage on NBCSN will have DD 5.1 audio.

If NBCSN can air commercials in DD 5.1 they should be able to do the same with programming.

At 4pm NBC audio switched to DD 5.1.

I can't imagine going to a race that lasts only two minutes!

The Kentucky Derby is only one of about 13 Races at Churchill Downs that day.
