It does, and how many times has it been now that someone(Monroe) has been captured and then saved? It seems that's all this show does anymore is have people captured and then have them escape.

I agree with Arch, leave these people in Mexico, forget them(THEY ARE BORING!), and move on with the far more interesting Aaron and the Nanites storyline.

I'm actually more bored with the Neville storyline than the Monroe one at this point. All he does is walk around glaring and yelling at people about how he's going to destroy the Patriots, but he never accomplishes anything. I was all for expanding Revolution's world in the second season, but the characters are getting so spread out that we don't have enough time to advance all the storylines in each episode anymore. At least one of the angles needs to go.

the next episode is titled "Captain Trips" eek.gif
we'll get to watch Charlie stand her ground wink.gif

the next episode couldn't be more obvious. I wonder what happened to originality this season.

Monroe has to get saved - check
Gene has to get saved - check
Aaron angst - check
Miles saves and has to be saved - check
Neville being Neville - check
evil govt conspiracy - check
evil govt uses WMD (turns power off, launches nukes, germ warfare) - check

about sums it up. Nanites could be a welcome change.

Aaron has reached a point where he's only interesting when some unfortunate soul threatens or pisses him off.

Everybody sing along...

Theeeeeiiiiiiirrrrrsss a bacteria in the flea on the rat in your home that's causing the disease... wink.gif

And on a semi-comically-related note...

Can it be true that nobody yet has noticed....

We have a character named Aaron.
We have a character named Neville.

Think about that! smile.gif

Do we know how far he walked?

Where is Willoughby, TX? Where is Spring City, OK?

Are these real cities (I don't know) or made-up-for-TV cities? IF made up, then they could be near the borders of the states... so it might not be that long of a walk.

Let me see if I got this straight. We've got the entire world under electrical black out. We've got nanites setting people on fire, creating visible life forms and bringing people back to life.

But damn, I just can't get my head around why Aaron is still heavy and how fast people can walk.

Both Willoughby and Spring City are made up towns. But didn't he walk all the way across the plains to Colorado? And now to Texas? Still fat.

Remember the main protagonists have a "couple of days" facial hair, they've been walking for weeks, I guess they shave on the way... (can't imagine ladies' legs and armpits in this era), Aaron's beard should be belly long by now

RIP Mom, we always love you 8/18/13

I think you've all unwittingly stumbled upon something...

The nanites are also responsible for grooming people and regulating metabolism so that no matter what you eat or do or how long it takes, you will always look the same as you do right now!

Finally caught the last ep on DVR. This season - to ma at least - has really gotten good. I didn't want the episode to end when Monroe's son caught trapped in the Patriot leader's office. I wanted to see how he got out of it (or not). To me the most boring part of this season is Aaron and the nanites.....although kinda like "The Stand" I assume all the story threads are supposed to come together in the end.

The nanites are not creating visible life forms. The nanites are causing the person's brain to visualize the person.

Do we know that? I thought it was similar to what was done by the nanites in Michael Crichton's novel "Prey" - come together to form a physical manifestation of that person.
