So, they finally decided to remove the "stretch-o-vision" and put it into native HD. The people look A LOT better this season including an unusually large number of cute Southern blonds.

Hopefully, in future episodes they will also focus on the foods.

A/V? The Sound was of course front heavy with mostly center channel dialog. There was almost no LFE. Video? Of course it was filtered heavily. It wasn't filtered as heavily as the stuff on E! or CNN (which almost looks like SD), but one could barely tell how much Giada has aged over the years.

That stretch-o-vision was so annoying! I'd rather just have an SD picture that I can zoom so at least the proportions are correc.t

When they were using stretch-o-vision we recorded the show on the SD channel instead. Very happy the show is now in HD.
