Any way to deal with the letterbox issue? 'zon says nothing they can do about it. I have a panny 60" plasma and get about 6 inches of letterbox top and bottom every time I stream a film. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure it's not just OAR? Most movies are not 16:9

If you are watching a movie in 2.35 to 1 aspect ratio of course you are going to have letterbox since your TV is 1.78 to 1. Many movies are filmed in 2.35:1. So you are just seeing the movie the way it was meant to be seen. But if you could gives us a few examples just to be sure that is the situation.
