I was both happy and sad when Iceman killed Lilly. Now the only other drama confrontation for Joe is the kids, but my guess is they will now focus on Iceman.

As for Ryan, he should have been handcuffed for his negligence in going off on his own. Oh and great shoot and miss on Joe. If that would have been a red shirt, then he would have hit him from another 100 feet back.rolleyes.gif

My new favorite game is Save The Titanic

We are not totally caught up..... But there are several reasons why we like the show; 1) Trying to figure it out 2) What's going to happen next, 3) Trying to get the bad guy, 4) Rooting for some people, 5) Very suspenseful, 6) Reminds me of the ineptness of the agencies trying to catch several serial killers in CA when I was growing up like Manson, THe East bay rapist, The hwy 5 killer, the couple that killed a bunch of girls that were finally caught a couple of years ago. It's funny that some people think that the FBI are smarter then this group on t.v., there not. The writers interview killers in jail and ask them how they get away, why they kill, how they recruit. Is that enough reasons?

So at least Mike went totally "Dark Side" he could be the next Joe Carroll if he wants to..

Pretty convenient that the twins went just up the hill and Lily was alone for the taking.

So long camp crazy, now what?

Well, I am so glad Ms. babysitter is finally dead! (or is she?) I hope she is dead for good. If she somehow survives, I will feel robbed.

I need your sweet love, Rosetta Stone girl!

Well she lied there with a lifeless face with a piece of wood in her chest, so she's very dead.

About Mike? mmm i don't think they'll kill him, yet...

Interesting.

Here are my counter points:

1. Nothing to figure out. No only do the characters act w/o any logic, y actually do the OPPOSITE of what a logical person would do (i.e. Joe not killing Ryan even though he's had multiple opportunities).

2. Um, Joe is going to find several people to kill for him, Ryan is going to go solo against a dozen or more followers, someone in the FBI (or other law enforcement) is going to be secretly loyal to Joe.

3. Defined as anyone who is not Joe.

4. To die. Rooting for them to die. Like last night when I was rooting for Claire to die for being incredibly stupid.

5. See no. 2.

6. I'm having a difficult time remembering which FBI agent was also a Manson member. Also having trouble understanding why writers are asking convicts in jail how they got away. But if they are, that may be the shows problem.

Bonus stupid points for not explaining how the twins knew to go to that inn. Joe said only he and Clair could know about that.

Some counterpoints.

To #1) Most people are not logical. See Religion or cults for examples.

To #6) Most convicts get away with 9 unlawful acts before they get caught, so interviewing somebody who got away with something nine times before they went to jail is not a problem.

T.V shows are like wine. There are no bad or good ones, the one you like is good to you and that's the most important.

Just dropped by to see if the show is still as stupid as it was or had morphed into a decent show as the writers hit their groove.
Looks dumber than ever from the posts. Thanks to those with the fortitude to put up with it and report for the casual viewer.

Yeah very lame (series?) finale, I just hope if there's a 3rd season they don't "Lecter" Joe Carroll.. we already have a much better show with the real Lecter, thanks..

Beats me who picked up the twins in that truck, must be one of Lilly's adopted people, I don't think it's Mike, Max or Claire

I laughed so hard of how Mark was able to escape scott free dragging a corpse, he could have easily been caught..

obvioulsy not one of those three... (I guess!) ...I also thought of this woman we saw at the beginning of this season, Jana, who was living with her children and who was Gina's ex-partner... I don't know who was in the truck, but I think this person is someone we already know.

Sam Underwood does a good job of acting as the twins Luke and Mark! Could have fooled a lot of people thinking he really had a twin without looking at the cast..I like the Hannibal line: I'll peel your face off and wear it!! eek.gif

Anybody ever figure out how the twins knew to go to the deserted hotel last week?

And does anybody think Ryan's niece looks a lot like the Nationwide cat burglar?

Mysterious Honda truck appears again in premier of next season .. and Joe is driving it .. Turns out, Joe has a twin and is actually the Father of the twins as well .. wink.gif

Or, alternately, Joe is driving the truck and the guy arrested at the Church was a Joe impersonator with a very well done mask .. wink.gif

And how did that work out for Fox? From TV by the Numbers-
Quote:
The Following has had one of the biggest sophomore ratings slumps in recent television history. Season one was a big hit, with the finale earning a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating. Season two debuted with a special episode following an NFL Playoff game to a giant 4.4 adults 18-49 rating, but when it moved to its regular timeslot, it fell to a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating. It kept declining, until it hit a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating. It has lingered at that number for weeks.

At 1.5, this year's finale was down 44% from the year before. So much for the NFL bump. And yet this thing is renewed? This has been a nightmarish season for Fox. I expect there will be a large drop in audience for the third season opener (even compared to the 1.4 rating the show was pulling lately), with ratings lucky to eclipse the 1.0 mark.

Well... he sort of was. I mean, the season began with them saying "we matched DNA" and everything... so he was confirmed dead as much as anyone is ever confirmed dead on TV. Then they later said "oops, someone fudged the DNA and records"...

This trick has been pulled on many a show... including a recently concluded medical program that I will not mention in case anyone wants to preserve the spoiler smile.gif

Yeah baby!  It's Halloween!

Well we've seen throughout the season that they both were mentally "unpredictable" wink.gif - seeing him carrying his dead brother didn't surprise me in the least. Remember how they staged their murders in the beginning of the season?

My post above from 3/7 ..
Turned out to be the twins, not the Mother, same result ....
Wonder how Joe will factor into next season ... Will it be simply another 'Break from custody with help, & he's free", Will Ryan have to get him out to save someone, or will he be somehow manipulating outsiders to do his killing while in custody ...
Or, is Joe out of the picture next season?

Since one of the twins is out there + the dude in the truck and probably a bunch of new followers, I'm guessing they'll have to bring him out of prison "under heavy surveillance" and team up with Ryan to get the lunatics, "because he will be the only one to know how to get them"... or they'll threaten to kill 2 billion people if the FBI doesn't bring Joe to them, alive. Then Joe and Ryan will pull a 3:10 to Yuma kind of thing...
