Amen. Man this show has no superego whatsosever. It goes for the jugular (figuratively and literally) and doesn't drag anything out. Man, oh, man.

Nola poor Nola should've taken your own advice. Now Hood's deputy girlfriend knows some of the truth. Answers a lot of questions and raises even more. This show is just relentless on all fronts.

Without a doubt a great episode, It was more like a season finale episode. Its like a new chapter evolves from here on out, so many loose ends were tied up. How would Hood fool anyone now who he is? Maybe its all about being a thief now?

So far the only new people that know are three dead guys, the FBI guy, and the deputy. The FBI agent isn't telling anyone and we will see about the deputy girlfriend. I don't see her ratting him out but sex might be out of the question for now. It does seem pretty easy to figure out he is not the real Hood with a little investigation so we are probably not done with that storyline just yet. The war between the hostile splinter group of Native Americans and Proctor is heating up and there is the big heist coming. Definitely not a finale. This show is running at a faster pace than seasons past.

The question is not how many died, it's how many are still alive. The producers have found a way to reduce the payroll. Great episode.

Am I the only one who thought the mild mannered woman in the truck trailer might suddenly become a Bond villain?

Terrific action packed episode. That is what Banshee is about! What a fight sequence! Those are the two I wanted to see have a one on one and it did not disappoint. One of the best fights I've seen filmed for a series.

I loved, loved, loved this week's episode. As has already been noted here, the fight scene between Nola and Kai's nerdy enforcer, Clay, was crazy intense. Nola was lethal but I figured she was overmatched against the seemingly immortal Clay. The show revels in over the top excess like this and makes it work. Andy Greenwald discusses how it works for him in a terrific Grantland piece. Highly recommended!

Thanks for the link. Great article. As it has been said, probably one of the best episodes of the Series so far! those 50+ minutes really went so fast. Before I realize it, the episode was almost over.

After tonight's episode I'm convinced that the producers of Banshee have decided that epic stuff should happen every week. Wow! What a great episode.

Great episode indeed! Looks like next week will start off with a "bang"

Deva stealing Forza 5 for Max was thoughtful.

Good fight scene with Hood and Proctor.

Wonder what's up with the Nazi (reformed?) officer applicant. Thought he was going to run amok.

Nice to see Gordon trying to clean up his act. Cleaning the house and trashing the alcohol bottles.

I'm glad Sugar didn't hit the guard. Job's saved him!

Born and raised in San Antonio. Had my business and lived in Houston for 5 years (early 80's). Also lived in Beaumont,Waco,Austin,Mesquite,Carrollton,The Colony, and McKinney. A vagabond Texan!!! Must be the Apache and Comanche blood.
