It appears to be a backhaul for the broadcaster in Japan airing the game, though the English world feed commentary from NFL Network is available along with the Japanese commentary. There are at least a couple of other backhauls in the clear now too (one for Mexico, one for Quebec) as well as the CBS and CTV fronthauls.

I figured it was going to be bad. Fortunately on the West Coast, local news came on right as th second quarter came to a conclusion.

The Half Time show was a total boar and the Destiny's Child reunion was a snooze fest.

Who is doing the PBP and commentary for the world feed?

Wow tough room in here, LOL biggrin.gif

I wouldn't say it is the worst halftime show, I actually liked some of it. The light show was fantastic and the music was very good on my end. I really cranked it up when Beyonce did the song "You should have put a ring on it" Very good bass and dynamic range for a compressed video and audio source over a satellite. Again nothing extraordinary or anything, but good.

I miss the days when I had the C and Ku band dish in the back yard. Loved the live feeds.

You must have had closed captioning on or had a few to many. Wow that was horrible

No not at all. Performance was very good. Worse one's I can rattle off top of my head. For instance, when my Giants first toppled the Pats that half time show was a complete waste.

Wish they wouldn't waste time with a halftime show. Make it life a task game and have a normal halftime. I'm okay with Beyonce, but that was just dancing with no singing. Plus the lyrics to all her songs include only five words. It was more a celebration of her than entertainment.

Puppybowl was cute.

I loved the band. Oh, wait a minute. What band? A drummer? tongue.gif

But she did look fantastic and performed beautifully. cool.gif It's just that the songs are weak, to put it nicely.
I thought the production was great too. I still can't believe how they transform that field that fast and mange to not have any technical disasters. Great work folks!

Power failure at the dome.

If a movie or concert video or a TV show isn't on blu ray it darn well should be.
