CBS isn't so innocent either. They didn't give Jericho a real chance. Yes. We got a 2nd season, but they reduced the budget so much that they only had money to film 7 episodes of " Two Guys in a Room. " NBC loves to kill Sci-Fi though. They've probably killed a dozen shows in the past 4 years.

Who doesn't kill shows? No one!

Fox on the other hand take plenty of risks with new shows. Firefly died under an old regime and it's changed hands multiple times since then. That's how Grimm is still on the air, Fringe got five seasons and a zombie soldier fighting a headless dude and a magical suit of armor with a flaming sword is on in prime time.

Almost Human died because it didn't try hard enough to not be a CBS cop show. Fox let it run for an entire season too.
Fox's problem is that too much damage has already been done and that's why they're currently struggling along with terrible decision making.

It might not be attractive to their advertisers but I'm still more likely to watch their output than the cookie-cutter blandness that the CBS thinktank comes up with.

I'd rather watch a network fail doing something interesting than succeed being dull.

True, but it explains a lot about their current predicament.

Grimm is NBC, not Fox.

May I have another NCIS or CSI, please ..

CBS used to be the shizzle back in the day ..
All In The Family
MASH
Northern Exposure
etc ..

I doubt about the 'plenty to tell' part, they've already seem exhausted by this season, especially the way they ended, which obviously was a waste a time.

Exactly, even the disasters were lazily put together even when compared to some of the earlier ones. All this show had was characters running around spouting off the same 'dome'/'egg' dialogue over and over again. What 'plan' do they have? XD.
