I guess this is it for now because of Boone beeing pregnant?
Just asking because imdb still lists episodes until february 4th.
They can hardly hide it anymore. You can tell by the way she walks and moves, even if she is filmed just above her belly.

They just came back from a break, unlikely they will be taking another break so soon.

I'm sure the episodes have all been shot by now (at least for this season), so there's a good chance it might not be an "on screen" thing.

Too bad though, it would have been an interesting premise to have Elizabeth pregnant with Tom's child. At the very least, it would get Red all riled up and smarting and hating Tom even more.

So she says hiding it is not that hard which leads one to believe it will not be a plot point in the show

I can't speak specifically about The Blacklist, but a show with a normal full season pickup will typically be filming until late February or March for the end of season May sweeps episodes.

I agree that writing Boone's pregnancy into the plot would be a hoot. It would be a delicious irony if Liz got pregnant despite her almost pathological desire to avoid it while she and Tom were still living together.

Yup, it was a good finish... especially to the director. Now Hitchin needs to get what's coming to her.

I love this silly show. It's wildly over the top stories remind me of 24 at its best. Nothing in it can bear much analysis but, boy, it is a lot of fun!

As I noted earlier I thought it would be, incorporating Megan Boone's pregnancy into Lizzy and Tom's fictional love story was inspired. It's going to be a lot of fun to see what results from Red pulling on Lizzy from one direction while her baby daddy Tom pulls from the other.

Once again the guest star in an episode was terrific. I thought that Jake weber did a great job as Faux Red. Weber has kind of an odd accent, one not heard in nature, so I thought he was perfect as a premiere con man. I really enjoyed his performances in Hell on Wheels.

Thanks for reminding me where I saw him before. Very good performance...though a little too convenient that he just happened to be close to death with a terminal disease (without appearing ill) just when Red needed him for this job.

Some other things didn't add up for me either, but when I started getting a headache, I realized I'd better stop thinking about it too much.

At any rate, I guess we shouldn't be too surprised that there is yet another secret group that Red is interconnected with to further this show's main story arc.

He was also the lead in the Dawn of the Dead remake, and Patricia Arquette's husband on Medium.

Only if you believe Red's story that he was already dying.

Great point - nobody ever got rich betting on Red's truthfulness.

I must have missed something on the FBI lady's abduction though - knowing that in advance means it had to be ordered by Red, but the guys who did it reported to his adversary?

Edit> Oh, forgot to ask - now that Liz isn't an agent, how long until she starts getting the "Wait in the car" treatment?

CC

Who knew "flammable" and "inflammable" mean the same thing???

Actually I think the writers are going to take the opportunity to have her on the "dark side" with Reddington than managed by the FBI. That will give a little different spin to the show than having her in between.

Based on the smear campaign in the news in regards to Liz being a traitor, she should have had a protective detail for a time to protect her from what happened to her at the end of the last show.

You can certainly see the impact of Megan Boone's pregnancy in this episode, especially in the facial area, the lady gots her some chubby cheeks!

There were threads all over the place to rip this apart... but it was still a great bit of fun. Even though I knew it was a setup... there was still a part of me that thought "what if" they really went 90 degrees on us at the end and had that guy really be THE Reddington after all? I honestly thought they just might do that... with our "Red" having been trying to set this up all along to assume his identity.

The Doctor... the Original, you might say!

It was a bit much for me, glad they aren't all like this
Also doesn't it seem like Red is doing a lot more point blank killings? Personally I'd prefer it if they kept his murders down to a minimum, that way when it happens it will have more of a shock value.

Yeah, I have noticed Red being more of a violent killer as of late. Maybe that's why the FBI were after him during the first season

I love his charming words of speech though. Good public speaker.
