Apropos of nothing in particular, I happen be flying from Atlanta back to Albuquerque, and looked out the window at the exact moment that the plane passed over Talladega.

I will also share that I spent a few days in Miami Beach, and have reached the conclusion that you can't swing a dead cat without hitting some exotic iron. This was at my hotel on my first day, to be followed be a rag top the next. I had to crop out an unsightly Rolls parked aside the Lambo . :-)

LOL!

Bond may appreciate this....I got to stay at the Fontainbleau, which is the hotel where they shoot the pool scene in Goldfinger. I did not know that in advance but thought it was pretty cool when one of my colleagues informed me. Had no luck finding Jill Masterson though. :-)

Very cool! I just watched Goldfinger today. Was there a woman painted gold in your bed? Apparently you had no contact with Oddjob either.

It is quite the place to sight see, lots of scenery, too much chaos for me now though, been there done that. You will see some crazy crap there, though. If you go again ,eat at Wolinskys, get the crackeled pork,to die for.

LOL, no there was not but without putting too fine a point on it, there appeared to be some "talent" on the premises that I could have paid to do so. Here is the hotel today from the ocean side.

BTW, I am making these posts from 30,000 feet. This internet thing...it just may catch on. :-)

I'm pretty sure our Scootie is saying you do shoddy work. He's probably just defensive because where he lives, rivers catch on fire. I wouldn't worry about it.
