The FIA has given permission for Ferrari to fit two blocks to Kimi Raikkonen's plank during free practice in Austria this weekend, whilst Nico Rosberg will run them in a different position to see which produces the best effect.

No other changes, such as lowering the ride-height or suspension, will be made, with the teams confident placing them in certain positions will create sparks when the cars run over a bumpy surface or during high-speed sections when the downforce pushes the car into the track surface.

Their introduction still needs to be ratified by the FIA's World Motor Sport Council, which is meeting in Munich next week.
Somebody has been sniffing glue at the FIA.
I just can't believe this is serious.....

Talking about being out of touch with the Great Unwashed....they're right up there with Congress.

Never run the Dunlops.

I've been a fan of Michelins for quite awhile.
Apparently, Pirelli is making a good one now.

The only thing I like about DeadMau5's Ferrari is that he is selling it for charity to a Canadian animal shelter. Other than that, the guy should take a lashing for doing that to a Ferrari! I hope the new owner takes that Ferrari and gets that vinyl skin peeled off!

Better to paint it the original color, if possible.
Changing a Ferrari from its factory color makes it less collectable.

I thought Perez's penalty was deserved. For those that said Massa turned right into him, it was a *right turn*. Doesn't matter anyway, they are both backmarkers at this point. Less talking and more driving for both of them.

Just drive, she said.

Mark Webber is in the paddock for P3.
P3 was 60 minutes. Isn't it usually 90?
Williams is looking tough.
Dont know whats up with Kyvat. Maybe he was running on fumes.
Looks like good weather for quali.
