I had seen the first couple seasons of of Ancient Aliens and an occasional additional episode, but that show just grates on me with its frequent reinterpretation of events in ancient writings, especially in the Bible, to be extraterrestrial activities.
However, I am willing to add "America Unearthed", "America Declassified" and even "I Didn't Do It" as additional titles I have watched before "Intelligence".
My very humble setup:
|Man Cave:||Vizio E500i-A1 "Smart TV" (50-in 1080p 120Hz LED/LCD, has Netflix app.), Blu-ray players (Sony BDP-S3100, old LG BD390), Roku (the original model: N1000), PC (Windows 7), Comcast Internet (25Mbps/5Mbps).|
|Bedroom:||LG 32LV3400-UA TV (32-in 768p 60Hz LED/LCD), HD DVR (Motorola RNG200N), Xfinity Comcast cable (Digital Starter Package), DVD/VHS player.|
No Dr. Phlox this episode? mmm
I'm still watching, but I'm a week or 2 behind. To me, it's a light entertaining show w/ 2 attractive leads...nothing to try to take seriously.
Helgenberger looks very uncomfortable. Maybe it's because the dialogue is so hackneyed and ridiculous.
I agree about Riley. She's breathtaking, but I do get tired of her continual smirking.
My analysis of why Riley does so much smirking is that she plays most of her scenes opposite the king of smirkers, Josh Holloway.
I am still watching. Not sure why. I just can't get past Holloway being Sawyer. The voice, the mannerisms. I can't get past it. Riley may as well be Kate.
Perhaps I misremembered.
Why am I still watching... This has to be the worst episode...
Wouldn't an EMP fry the electronics? they seem back to normal very fast, self regenerating circuits now?
