Up here in Chicago CBS via Comcast, Looks great. Interesting that the game is presented in HD via Directv according to the ad.

WHP (our CBS station) had the pre-1:00 feed from KC and then just a minute of the KC coverage before they started pumping through the SD PIT-BAL game to match the analog station. Teasers. ;)

How are some cities like SF and Chicaco getting the game?? I thought it was only allowed to be available OTA in San Diego and KC?

I just did a quick compare of the Sunday Ticket feed of the Chiefs/Chargers vs the OTA feed from KCBS and the Sunday Ticket feed is very soft. Anyone else noticing this??

Im using a Hughes E86

No. Anywhere the analog game is the same as the primary / HD game, the HD game can be shown.

I see, thanks. I guess when Pittsburgh doesn't have a 1pm game we might get to see some HD here. :)

Lots of minor pixalation/ noise when a lot of motion goes on (crowds cheering). Anyone else seeing this. I'm thinking that 720P is much better for football!!

Is the analog game the same as the primary in NY? 'cause rams v. giants covered on fox ota but blacked out on channel 71.

The scoreboard graphic seems to be properly positioned for 16:9. That's different than ABC. Is this a separate feed?

Looks good in Sacramento OTA, although we only get 2.0, which is to be expected since KOVR hasn't done 5.1 to my knowledge.

Two things: the on-screen scoreboard is the way I think most would want ABC/ESPN to do, over on the corner of the picture.

Also, no first down line on the HD version.

Games being shown locally are blacked out on D**in the Nashville area. Local games are Colts on CBS and Packers on Fox.Late game is Cowboys.
Chiefs game on CBS HD is coming through great on D**. Fox Widescreen game is Giants-Rams and picture has a noticeable shimmer/shake to it,very annoying but sound quality is very good.
This is the first time that I can ever remember blackouts on Sunday Ticket dating back to the very first year on BUD.

My channel 70 informs me to call and ask for extension 721 to order. I was under the impression that a subscription to the Directv NFL package was not needed for the CBS HD games as long as one subscribed to their HDTV package?

Looks great, sounds great (5.1) in Indy. No complaints at all. Directv via DTC100.

to those complaining about soft picture, are you watching on Sunday Ticket or OTA? Sunday Ticket may be compressed more than OTA...

It's amazing, seeing the improvement from channel 706 to 71, and then the even more drastic improvement from 71 to 70.

On BEV, CBS-W, KC-SD is HD but 2.0 only.

CBS-E is SD.
