I've grown to like NOLA more over time... I don't mind the changes there, though I miss the previous woman they "replaced" basically.

NCIS has been odd for me for quite a while now actually... and honestly, I was never that high on Ziva. The actress was not the problem... I just didn't care for the stories sometimes.

I need to write up my Sasha Alexander story sometime and just post it somewhere... since I'll never be famous and get an audience anyway... might as well get the story out there!

Much preferred the spunky Kate version of Sasha over the later sedate Dr. Isles on Rizzoli & Isles. I always wondered if she regretted leaving the show.

I don't disagree, but I just got around to watching R&I and for me she was the only thing that made it watchable...

I really liked Sasha's role as Professor Runyun in Shameless. That lady has some body and was uninhibited to show it in the all together!

Rizolli & Isles was a weird show for me... because I found myself liking all the main actors/actresses... but not really caring about the plot of the show. Heck, they didn't seem to either... It was the anti-Law-and-Order... Remember Law & Order was about the case, and barely told you much about the characters' personal lives... Rizolli/Isles was the opposite! They spent most of the time on character quirks and personal stuff, then in the final 5 minutes did the "aha" and magically solved the cases.

Last night's episode felt disjointed and tedious. I think they have added 1 too many characters to the show, and my opinion is that Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) has to go. He doesn't want to be there anyway. Plus Gibbs prompting Quinn (Jennifer Esposito) into revealing her problem was excruciatingly bad writing.

I'm not sure what the cure is. We're 5 episodes in and this is the worst cast assembled for NCIS. A shame.

I tend to agree. In this episode, Fez was acting like, well, Fez.
Not fond of the new additions.

They've still got a long way to go to fix this - maybe the Brit will help. I get the need for "complicated" characters, but this kind of ludicrous, phony, contrived conflict dominating an episode is exactly what killed Blindspot for me. Although compared to the last ep of NOLA it's brilliant...

I kinda like Fez.........now Quinn can go if you ask me.

Not sure about the Brit.......already too many characters ...and do we really need to rehash the '"somehow a foreign agent person gets all the rights and privileges to practice "law" in the states without any questions or restrictions" character arc?

Maybe if Quinn did her previous job better Gibbs would not have to go looking overseas for agents.

I haven't completely given up on the Quinn character, but that story was pretty lame. Getting into an argument with your boyfriend while staking out a gang armed with automatic weapons, so your partner has to leave the car to sing her kid a bedtime lullaby? Preposterous! They should have both been fired on the spot. Then the angst - far out of proportion to anyone's reaction to Kate's death, e.g. Sure, Gibbs can fix anything, but gimme a break.

By coincidence I'm watching 19-2, where the main character is also dealing with his partner getting shot. Needless to say, it's a lot more believable.

Took them an excruciatingly long time to answer the question the viewers asked from the get-go: why would the baddies keep alive a cop when they shot a passerby right away?

Quin needs to go back to the training school and stay there.

Pretty poor when the biggest suspense is what is going to happen to the printing machine.

Fez & Quin need to leave the show. They're just awkward additions that aren't needed. I know there is 1 more season after this, but I'm not sure I'll even make it through this season. I used to love this show, but it's time to wrap things up if this is what the show is going to continue to be.

I was wishing last year would have been the end, hasn't been no where as good since Ziva left and that comes from my wife and myself. We'll keep a watching since we've been here from the get-go,but as far as enjoying it like we once did-well not so much.

I'm confused. The guide says it should be new but the episode they are showing is clearly a rerun. Anyone know why the decided to show a rerun?

I was just going to post the same thing before I double checked the guide. Once I seen Tony, I said huh?
Maybe they didn't want to go up against the World Series after this Sundays stomping of Sunday Night Football:

Pretty sure it was because of game 6. NCIS NOLA also showed as new but was a repeat. With next Tuesday's election coverage we will have to wait another week for "new".....

Good Lord, what a preachy episode! Not much case solving, a whole lot of preaching! NCIS is good for entertainment and cheap escape. CBS, leave the politics to 60 Minutes or I'm done with this show.

Another episode that felt forced to include EVERYONE. This show has been on a slow spiral downward since Cote left... this season? Ugh. Unless something BIG happens, I'll take this show off my series pass at the winter break. The new characters just don't fit at all.

Yeah, I think Hollywood is going to go even further than normal with their lefty preaching for the next few years........they probably think its their way of punishing us or something.

As for NCIS........at first I thought I could handle the Fez character...definitely not Quinn. But after the past few episodes I think this cast is not working and the writing and stories have been pretty bad. Even Gibbs seems to not be himself. Probably another show that has gone on longer than it should. Think this will be another DVR removal for me. List is getting long this season thus far.

They definitely got the (3AM?) wakeup call - the re-education of the electorate still has a lot farther to go than they thought, and there's no time to waste. CBS might be relatively restrained given their geezer demographic...

The new NCIS cast is a disaster so far. Better writing might help, but the new characters have completely killed whatever chemistry was there before.

I like Jennifer Esposito but in this last episode they must have hired a soap opera writer for her lines. Even if she dreamt those things about Gibbs there's no way a new team member would bandy them about. As for the so-called preachiness, it doesn't bother me at all.

Especially since they killed her in the last couple episodes last season, which is why Tony has their daughter.

Well, I can't even watch it. On Demand episode for it is actually the rerun the showed in it's place when it was supposed to be first broadcast. My DVR didn't catch it with the "season pass" because it wasn't flagged as new because the same titles were used previously. Watching via the CBS website is a total non-starter due to perhaps the worst A/V presentation ever. They crush blacks and the audio is horrible.
