Given that the ending is what many of us have been hoping for over five years now, I happen to think it was perfect.

One thing, however...how did they identify Hatfords fingerprints on the gun when at the very beginning of the show, they showed his fingerpsints didnt even exist? His finger tips were smooth and not with prints of any kind

His prints got on the gun before his fingertips were altered.

I thought they made it clear that he thought they were fake cops just like the fake FBI agents, so their guns would also be unloaded.

Where's all the weekly postings for CBS's weekly programming?
NCIS, CSI: Miami, CSI, Cold Case, Without a Trace.
Seemed that a year ago, there was more weekly postings.

_____
I liked this past weeks episode of CSI. The new 'lead' CSI is doing a good job.

I gave up on WAT. It just wasn’t doing it for me anymore. As for the other shows, I only watch the original CSI and that had better pick up or I’ll drop it too. This past weeks episode had a weird feel to it-- seemed like they streamed-lined a two-part episode and made it into one.

With the loss of three characters, they have to redevelop the personalities and make it more interesting.

There is less posting, but in the last several weeks there's been a lot of repeat airings of CBS shows.

NCIS is a victim of Tuesday night overload - Am Idol, Fringe, Mentalist, WAT. My DVRs can't keep up, so I decided to watch it on Comcast On Demand, if I can get to it before they delete it. But, to be honest, the show just isn't the same without Lauren Holly.

I noticed the last show (Feb 26) had Liz Vassey credited as 'Special Guest Star'.
I thought she was one of the regular Lab Rats...

Maybe it was because she had more face time than normal ?

What was with the title cards for each of the murders, I don't remember seeing that before. Also, they were pretty lame.

She's actually been listed that way for a while....which I agree is odd for a series regular.

I must admit, I'm really liking Raymond Langston.
I think his role is really good. He's always calm.

Good episode last night, I wish there was more of it.

Me too. I'm still watching, but it's not the same show. Grissom was the glue that held the show together.

Did anyone else experience several audio drops in the last week, particular on CSI (and Numbers)...

They range from a second to several seconds, and most are accompanied by pixelation. Weather was good in the area when these were recorded???

Was that Ron Moore and Grace Park in the audience? Great nod to BSG.

That has got to be the best sendup of Star Trek since Galaxy Quest.

Liz Vassey looked......amazing.

Nearly spit my drink out when I saw Ron Moore pop on the screen and yell "YOU SUCK!" Didn't see Grace Park, though. Incidentally, this episode was written by Bradley Thompson and David Weddle.

I think it would be fun to list all the little scifi things that were in the epsisode. I thought it was great, and there are probably more than I saw.

The best line ever in CSI: He's Dead Jim. - i wonder how long they have been waiting to say that.

The 3 guests from BSG as already noticed.

The kid in the upstairs room, stood up and had to adjust his uniform in the Picard Maneuver.

The name of the show Astro Quest, as in Galexy Quest.

The bridge layout, uniforms.

The blond in the episode was ranked yoman just like Janice Rand from Star Trek.

The orion slave girl fantasy.

The planet that the fantasy were on was so similar to Star Trek the Next Generation with the sky and some rocks. It was pretty much the same in every away mission in season 1.

The reference to the red shirt dying.

the captain being like Kirk with every female around.

The name of the episode that were going to watch, similar to the great next gen episode Yesterdays Enterprise.

Others?

Descartes walks into a bar. The bartender says, "Wine?" Descartes says, "I think not," and disappears.

Let's not forget the ripped uniform of the commander. That has to be the funniest episode since "Ending Happy".

I haven't yet found Kate Vernon but Torrie was also in the crowd, down in front to the somewhat distant right of Grace Park.

Edit: Oh, wow, Kate slimmed down a lot. I kept looking for her in the main crowd scene where the others were.

Wow - this was the first episode of CSI I've had to fast-forward through in a long time.

I just wasn't feeling the Wendy/Hodges thing, and it just felt painful and forced.

A few good lines here and there but otherwise it seemed sort of desperate.

It's got to go in my bottom two or three episodes ever.

just on observation...

Is William Peterson actually that "stuffy"? I mean, look at the kinda stuff they put out since his departure as Grissom? I saw Zucker one time on a Dennis Miller talk show a while back. He's zany as hell! A tour bus driver once or something... Anyhow, the shows lately seem to definately reflect this Zucker guy rather than the conservative Peterson.

Kudos to Zuker and Fishburne!

I do not agree here. I think the new lead is great.
I would feel the same about the two lead stars of Law & Order: SVU, though. If they were not in the show anymore, it wouldn't be the same.

Last night's episode was good. It would be cool if Hodges and home girl hooked up.

I didn't realize that was Ron Moore shouting "YOU SUCK"....but that's pretty damn funny.

Really liked this episode and LOL'd a few times (loved the mom having to put her hand on the scanner to get in the room), and Wendy bellydancing was nice as well (the other outfit/hairstyle didn't do it for me....but she always looks nice in the labcoat).

Nice to see Hodges and Wendy kindof hooking up....sortof.

I miss Grissom, but I don't think the show has suffered too much without him.
