I got one today. I'm TC+Sportspack+HD, so that's about $56/month. Been with them since 2001. I'm surprised. I didn't think I'd qualify.

I guess its not about how much your monthly bill is, because mine is +$90.

Who can deliver unadulterated 1920x1080 across RGBHV? Evidentally, nobody!

I called that number yesterday and I did get thru amazingly quick. No credits or anything like that. Unfortunately you still get the same CSR's that aren't up to date on the latest developments. I inquired about MPEG-4 for Chicago DMA and the guy didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

I got my special membership by email today. There was one special offer to get an XM Radio, XM2GO, for $99.00. That looks like a good offer. I am considering it.

I think it is marketing bs. I've been a customer since '95, had TC Prem + Sunday ticket every year, with a few extra innings and espn game plans mixed in.

When I called it today to complain about a replacement HDTivo (my FOURTH, that's okay, they keep restarting my warranty :D ) they were trying to charge me for (even though it was signed for in Memphis) and the first thing they ask you when you call the "super special customer service number" is "Are you currently a DirecTv customer?"

How would someone who is not a current DTV customer get the number?????

I've been a Premier sub since Jan '03.

The card itself is actually useless. The number on the card is simply your account number, the same number you can view by logging on and accessing your account. When you call, recite these numbers and voila, you're now a valued customer.

DirecTV, stop with the f* gimmicks and just give me TNT-HD.

For a minute there I thought you were going to say, "give me full HD and not HDlite." :D
