Agreed and agreed. The only downside is I kept missing jokes due to her awesome cleavage during the first half of the episode. (and the smacks my girlfriend gave me for starring)

its free on xbox live and amazon unbox last i checked. and there are other routes to see it. However, with the strike looming, I expect it to repeat here pretty darn quick.

To further comment on their living situation. I live in a downtown highrise building where we have people barely scraping two nickles together next to people with portfolios worth $$ and great disposable income. I agree with above poster that a waitress could live in the same builiding and it hasn't been disclosed if she has money from a different source. Also if you take into account the amount of debt they would have starting out and purchasing the items we all enjoy would absolutely limit their lifestyle.

How about Sheldon drunk and singing that song from Fiddler on the Roof at the end. I though that was hilarious.

How about the fact that they all have multiple degrees, doctorates and masters, which likely required large amounts of money to go to school? Especially if they have been going to college since they were young teens. That would certainly add to their debt and bring them closer to a waitress in terms of net living expenses. Just a thought. My other thought is that its a TV show, a comedy at that, and we shouldn't think too much about it.

That's what the DVR is for! I have been forced to rewind because I missed what was said more than once during this show ;-)

The last episode was by far the funniest so far. The writing has gotten tighter as the season goes on and the actors are more comfortable in their roles. Too bad only one left as the show is htting its stride now.
CHUCK was outstanding Monday as well and these two shows along with Heroes make Monday my favorite night on the tube.

Good news. Les Moonves said The Big Bang Theory will be renewed for next season should the writers strike continue for this entire season.

CBS to Air Showtime's Dexter; Will Renew Big Bang, Moonlight

John Consoli

DECEMBER 04, 2007 -

Look for CBS to begin airing sister pay cable network Showtime hit drama Dexter sometime in midseason if the Writers Strike is prolonged, and for the broadcast network to bring back freshman sitcom The Big Bang Theory and first-year drama Moonlight next season.

Speaking at the 35th annual UBS Global Media & Communications Conference in New York today (Dec. 4), Les Moonves, CBS Corp. president & CEO, mentioned the two freshman shows as likely to return next season, and that CBS would be looking to air some Showtime shows to supplement its schedule should the Writers Guild strike continue and effect the return of first-run shows on the network.

Just wanted to let everyone that misses this show, like me, that The Big Bang Theory will return to CBS on Monday March 17 at 8:30 ET/PT with 9 new episodes.

I miss my favorite new sitcom. I can't wait.

Great news as my wife and I love this show and hate that the writers strike left us with, what, 6 episodes?

Sweet news!!!

So, if I knew, and you didn't, that you were a robot, would you want me to tell you??

Sheldon: "depends, if I knew that I was a robot, would I be able to handle it?"

I love this so, it is soooo great!!!

Just in case some of you did not know, CBS announced yesterday that The Big Bang Theory has been renewed for the 2008-2009 season. Not only can we enjoy new episodes this season starting on March 17, but now we will have it back next season, too. See this :

No problem, we watch the full Monday line-up, except for maybe CSI: Miami once House moves to the same timeslot (we have CBS early-prime).

I just wanted to give a little heads up to fellow Big Bang Theory fans, like myself. The show is returning this Monday, March 17 with new episodes. Also, don't forget that the show is moving to a new time of 8:00 ET/PT.

I am really looking forward to the new episodes.

My TiVo HD is all set up but I think I'll miss Journeymen... for a while last year there was quite a strong Monday night lineup.

I read that Chuck Lorre also produces Two and a Half Men and since I had never seen the show I gave it a shot as one of my local stations runs the show twice a night.

Heck even my wife gets upset if I watch one of them without her. I told her the other night I'm regretting when I get caught up with all of the episodes as I'm going to have a lot of free time!

This joke worked better in Futurama.

There was a horse race and they decided to go to electron microscope for the results. When one of the guys horses lost, he goes "They changed the results by measuring them... I am very happy this got picked up for next season. My wife and I went into the show liking the first episode but thinking it was going to run out of ideas and not be funny really quickly.

But we were definately wrong and I am looking very forward to the show coming back next week!

I think it is funny with or without a laugh track. It is definately the best new comedy this year.

The show does not have a laugh track ! It is filmed in front of a studio audience. That is the audience laughing. The show is just that funny. People really do laugh. You can go see it taped live. See it here :
