There's only one thing that could possibly be more annoying than a laugh track .... having to scan through post after post of complaints about said "laugh track."

In short ... we GET it already ... ya'll don't like'm .... Please move on.

This is pretty much my impression. Might be simply the fact I haven't seen the show in a while but it appeared a little fresher. Perhaps the new hairdos, Leonard looking more buff, etc. Sort of like attaining the first day of school. I couldn't help but think of their new contracts and as such I think Mayim is way under paid. She is pretty much the only one I find funny to any degree. Although I thought Shelton was given some different arcs and he ran with them rather well...

Agreed, there were some good laughs that made me have to rewind and watch again because I missed it from laughing.

Must have been the second episode. I'll have to check the PVR, doubt it caught it though.

2015 it is.

Nope, that line was definitely in the first episode. In the car, right after Leonard & Amy retrieved Sheldon from the police station in Arizona.

It was in the first episode on the drive back from picking up Sheldon. He asked Amy to plug her ears so that he could have a private conversation with Leonard and he spoke those words to make sure that Amy was not listening in.

How long was Sheldon gone for? I assume it was a few weeks? Obviously his haircut was the same, but I wonder what bothered him more, his hair growing longer or having to use unfamiliar barbers.

I missed the first few minutes, PVR to the rescue.

I would have loved to see here reaction, had she been listening. I can picture it....

I'd wager that she heard it and will bring it up in a later episode.

This is the first time Howard has had an issue with Stuart. If you think that is old then you must really hate Raj whining over girls. Personally I thought the exchange between Stu, Howie, and Bernie at the door was great.

I agree with CharlesR. Mayim should be making more than Raj and Howard.

I probably wrote that very poorly. I dislike the story they are developing between Stu and Howard. I have no problem with Raj and his girl issues. And I don't recall an exchange with Stu, Howie and Bernie? Did you mean Stu, Howard and Raj?

Absolutely. Mayim had some of the best lines in the 1st two episodes - she has moved up to a stronger character than Howard and Raj.

Mayim has awesome lines. Kaley looks fantastic.

I was not impressed with the way they handled Sheldon's promotion. In any academic's live, getting a tenure-track prof position is a huge deal. Sheldon didn't even blink with the offer except to whine about teaching, and teaching was the only thing that registered with any of the others.

Remember, it's called "AV Science"!

Ketchup

I got a kick out of Sheldon's review of the different brands of ketchup at the different rail station's hot dog stands. At least in the Chicago area, it is considered a mortal SIN to put ketchup on a hot dog. Mustard, relish, onions, peppers, celery salt are considered to be the PROPER condiments to be put on a 'dog. But ketchup? NO WAY!! :-D

This is true, and the reason I had to move to Philadelphia in 1971.

We finally watched them last night. I thought they were both funny and that were some real funny moments.

I've personally not a fun of the short hair, but I like how they poked fun at that!

So far so good
