HDMI to Composite Converters

I have tried several HDMI to composite converters in between my HDMI-output only devices and my composite-input only devices, but they all cause the picture on the composite-input devices to be window-boxed. I don't mind the loss of HD picture quality, but I would like the picture on the composite-input devices to be full-screen. Are there any converters capable of "stretching" the output of the converters so that the picture appears full-screen on the composite-input device?

Thanks!

Check your TV manual. It may have a "zoom" function.
