Howdy

In an effort to better support questions about the BOCS product, I started this thread basically to be an index only. If you have a problem or question on a BOCS product, someone has probably already asked a similar question somewhere on AVS - and this should be a fairly simple way to find your answer quickly.

Our website - under the support section - has a chat window or you are always welcome to call or text me on my cell (720) 206-4114

I'll edit this post when new questions/answers are posted on AVS.

Not sure if this is the best place for this but I wanted to publicly thank David for his help during an install last Friday. I thought I had it all figured out until my Directv installer showed up to install my new HD DVR and told me I couldn't do what I wanted to (multiplex off of the two sat lines running to me den to my legacy DVR's). I chatted with David briefly online and he called me at home 5 minutes later to discuss the problems. He answered some questions my installer and I had and we were on our way.

Thanks again for the great support.
