I have recently purchased a new Grand Concerto system. So I figure right out of the box the system will not work without being programmed. I was wondering if anyone would happen to know the latest software and can I simple download it. Thanks in advance. smile.gif

Actually the default configuration will get you quite far, and many things can be adjusted from the keypads. But yes, you'll want the software especially if you've got NuVoNet sources. Send an email to NuVo tech support and they should get you some limited access to the ProZone to be able to download the software.

I was curious if you had any luck with customer support in getting you the software. I just called to request access to download it and I purchased the Grand system but was told only my dealer could provide me the software. Any info or link would help!! smile.gif
