I need two audio output simultaneously from my PC. one is optical output feed to my 5.1 amplifier locally. another one is line out feed to Russound CA4 remotely. I have been searching and found out that it is no direct solution. "http://experts.windows.com/frms/windows_entertainment_and_connected_home/f/115/p/88018/446876.aspx". Could anyone suggestion me on where I can found a device with one optical in /optical and line out? Thank you so much for your time and suggestions.

A windows solution sounds like it would have to be program specific, here's a thread talking about it. The likely option is to find something that you can output to that will split the signal for you; if your computer has HDMI out this could potentially work (Monoprice 5557) but would provide some additional unneeded capabilities. Is it a specific program you're trying to do this with or is it just in general for your PC?
