Recently I've bought a LG IPS234V. This monitor has D-Sub, DVI, HDMI. I have an Xbox360 and want to play not only with my TV but also with this brand new monitor. So I decided to buy a HDMI Splitter although I didn't need to play both TV & monitor at the same time.

And here come the problem...

Everything goes well with my TV. But the problem happens with my monitor. Whenever I change the input from DVI to HDMI by clicking the input button, the monitor automatically turn back to DVI. I think the reason is that the HDMI Splitter takes about 1-2 second more to send the signal to the TV and the monitor, which takes longer than my monitor's default signal waiting. If i disconnect the DVI cable, my monitor automatically display the HDMI signal without even touching the input button.

So now to make this works, I must disconnect the HDMI cable, which makes my brand new HDMI Splitter useless.

Please help me frown.gif

p/s: With both DVI & HDMI connected, my monitor randomly display the HDMI signal. So it still be frustrated.
