Hello Everybody!

Here is my situation that I'm needing some assistance on.

I have a projector that is hanging down from the ceiling and the cable that connects the dvd player on the other side of the room appears to be regular video, not s-video. So it's coax I suppose. On occiasion, the room has a laptop that needs to be hooked up to the said projector. So what I'm looking for is some sort of converter box that will display the laptop video through vga convert to video to the projector. Cabling isn't an option as it would require lots of money.

Thanks,

Doktor Sandman

What sort of video inputs does the projector have? There are active balun solutions for HDMI over coax, for example.

Projector doesn't have HDMI, it's a few years old. It has vga on it, but it would be to costly to cable it. They originally cabled it for the video years ago when they made the room and honestly didn't think about upgrades or anything..... Yeahh.....
