Super dumb question - but need a little help.

Just bought a new LG 55la7400, amazing tv.
Ran the HDMI to my receiver, works great.
Bought the new Logitech Harmony Ultimate - still figuring it out and will be asking lots of questions.

Now, when I hit watch tv on the remote, it powers up the cable box and the receiver and sends the right signals through IR blasters at the receiver. However, it does not turn the TV on... am I supposed to run a cable from the tv to the front of the receiver so the blaster hits it and turns the tv on as well?

Thanks in advance.

If your remote has line of sight to the TV then you shouldn't have to use one of the blaster eyes.

If you use the "Help" after hitting "Watch TV" is it able to turn on your TV? If not then you probably don't have the TV setup as a device properly. If it does then it may be your power on settings for that activity or the delay settings between commands.
