Help finding multiroom audio setup with individual volume per room.

As part of a computer sale I have a customer asking me to set up a audio system for him. I am completely new to this arena, aside from my fairly simply. 2.1 home theater.
Only a single audio source is needed, to be distributed to multiple rooms (10-12) with each room having a volume control, and ceiling mounted speakers.
This is a dental office, so I don't believe top of the line audio quality is a must. I was looking into more featureful options but with prices lurking into the $6k+ range, I figured there must be a better option that also may leave good room for a markup.

The best option would be to refer them to someone who does this for a living.

Or would you want an av tech to start doing computer sales and support?

Plenum rated cable, 70v system, with attenuators... It's not complex, but yes, would be good to partner with at least a local A/V firm. Maybe get a referral fee, and make a friend that may have networking/computer situations come up that could be referred back to you.
