Russound ABus only one left side speakers working

We have a Russound A bus system and with Ak-3 amp keypads and Ah484 hub. We built 2 1/2 yrs ago and we have two keypads installed but weren't using yet until we finished our decks. Yesterday we attempted to install 2 Bose outside speakers and connect them through the keypad, but we could only get one speaker to work. We know it is not the speaker as we swapped them and tried both. We also know that it is not the speaker output on keypad because we could get each of the L/R to work just not both of them at once.

Crazy thing is after getting frustrated with that we attempted to use the system in other areas of house later that day and only the left side speakers work throughout the house. No right speakers work now anywhere. Very frustrated. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

How did you do that? Are you saying if you connect only one speaker at a time you can get output from the 'right' speaker output?

Disconnect the new zone you've added to get back to known working setup. Have you tried different sources (inputs and/or devices)?

Thank you for your ideas. I tried a different input device and it worked just fine. So obviously the radio I was using as a tuner was the problem. Thanks again.
