Concealing wires on concrete ceiling

Hello Everyone,

I've been a reader here for years but this is my first post. Trying to get some help figuring this out.

I just moved into a new space and trying to get it all wired up. I want to run a bunch of stuff from a main closet that I'm going to be setting up. Probably like 10-12 ethernet runs, 2-3 hdmi cables, and some cables for security cameras. The space is pretty big 75ft long by 19 wide.

The issue I have is, the ceiling here is concrete, this used to be a warehouse that they turned into lofts. The walls are sheetrock, so its not an issue to run them behind/inside the wall, but for the ceiling, the landlord said absolutely no exposed wires whatsoever and I can't put them in the concrete, so I need some kind of conduit or something. I tried to find wiremold that would hold that many cables but couldn't find anything.

Can anyone give me some suggestion as to what to use for this?

Thanks

Lots of conduit is available in 2" sizes.

Galvanized steel, PVC or aluminum.
