If somebody doesn't mind, can they please explain and list items I would need to purchase so I can have 4 different zones in my house.

A: Zones. 1:Master Bedroom, 2:Patio, 3:Yard, 4 http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/biggrin.gifen

B: I would like to have wall switchs that control the sound and which speakers I am listening to. IE From the master bedroom, listen to music in the bedroom or on the patio...

C: The system would be used just for music to the different zones.

D: I have about 500.00 just for the wires, and what ever else I need, don't want to buy a creston. (ie, remote, ir/if or whatever else I need) I would really like a list of items that I would need to purchase to make this happen.

E: I have about 1,500.00 for an amp (maybe more if need be), and 1,500.00 for additional speakers (total speakers 6 indoor ceiling, 2 outdoor, 2 rock style)

Thanks
Rhett

Please define your use of "zone"

1) Zone - Different source in each local

or

2) Zone - Same source just different volume levels.

You can look at the Elan Z series of home audio distribution gear. They work in multiples of 3 zones. Also the matrix Audio gear has an integrated
amp/preamp/4zone system with IR and keypad control that is very reasonable in price. Kustom and Russound also make some stuff too. Try doing some searches with these key names to find info and dealers.
