I am looking for a converter that will take an HDMI input and slit it into an HDMI output and s coaxial S/PDIF output similar to this one: http://*******.com/6wsur92

But I only need one HDMI in and one HDMI out and one SPDIF out. Any suggestions?

Does it have to be Coax? Moome makes a Video formatter( MUX) the VF01. It will do many things, like eliminate HDCP issues and also have Optical out S/PDIF. 4 inputs and two outs.
