I can't answer specifically which one as I'm not sure of the differences, however I will say that there is no need to chose a specific model just to be able to feed a TV and a projector: I have a Mini 3D which has a HDMI splitter on the output and I feed 3 displays. It's just a matter of setting up the memories to suit each display, so I have memories A-D for each display (two memories for the projector for with and without the A lens).
Having said that, so long as the 2012 has all the inputs you need then I'd be inclined to go for that option since you get the Darbee effect option built in (which can be set differently for each memory or even resolution so very much more flexible than having an external Darbee as I have, even if the actual picture quality would end up the same if the settings were the same).
