I have the Iscan Duo, which I have been using since it first came out, and I had the VP before this. I have it connected to the JVC RS-45 projector. I recently sent the projector in for repair. I set the projector back up, used the geometry test pattern from the Iscan, and adjusted image size and position using the JVC, and everything was fine. A few days later I noticed that the the image looked like it had gotten moved down about an inch. So I went into the geometry test pattern of the Iscan again, and noticed that the bottom of the test pattern was cut off. I adjusted the image up using the JVC, and the bottom of the test pattern was still cut off. So I went into the Iscan and checked the border level and mask level, and they where both at 0. I also noticed that if I adjust the screen position, again with the JVC settings, so that the top of the geometry frame is at the very edge of my screen I still see about an inch of the screen when viewing an actual image. Then if I check the screen position pattern of the JVC it is actually about an inch below where the top edge of the geometry test pattern is. In the past I have not had this issue and I am not sure what is going on? Any thoughts?
