I've connected my new DVDO Quick6 HDMI switcher to my system. I have a DHC-80.3 preamp and an EPSON 6300UB projector. Everything functions well and I could see my Quick6 menu on screen. However, I seem to have lost my preamp menu on-screen display. Is there any way to get this back?

I've connected one of my preamp HDMI inputs to the AVR aux output on the Quick6 and the Quick6 Main output to my display.

I've contacted DVDO and they are not giving me any straight answers as I've been back and forth with them.

Even if I need to purchase an extra adaptor of some sort to get back my preamp OSD, that would be acceptable.

Any insight would be appreciated.

From DVDO technician:

The Onkyo OSD comes from the preamp output. If you are not using the preamp output then you will not get the OSD menu. You cannot connect the preamp output to an input of Quick6 because that will create an endless loop and instability issues.

In order for you to regain the preamp OSD again you can connect the Quick6 HDMI Main output to the Onkyo preamp and then take the Onkyo preamp output to the display.
