Overscan Removal

Is there a (cost-effective) HDMI video processor out there that can effectively remove (or correct [or scale]) the overscan on my input signal to my older 720P Sammy plasma TV?

eBay has a bunch of DVDO Edge VP's for cheap that will do exactly what you wish. I bought a Edge for my LED just for picture enhancement and was surprised that my LED had 4% overscan to it on a fixed pixel display. But the Edge took that overscan to .5% without issue.

You can find an Edge from 150-200.00
