Video Proccessor for judder?

I recently bought a Vivitek H1186 and have been noticing judder when ever i watch movies and some tv channels from my htpc. Would a video processor like the DVD duo help with this? Sports look silky smooth so i am assuming it is something to do with <60fps sources. below is a video of what i am seeing.''

I have a Sony hx 929 tv that stutter or judder but only on certain directv channels like tnt or tbs I bought a Lumagen 3D mini video processor and no more stutter or judder.
