Bitstream works fine but you are unable to use DTS's Neural X upmixer on a Dolby signal and vice versa.

When you send Multi Channel PCM from a bluray player both upmixers will work.

It is an issue with the code that DTS implemented in the Denon & Marantz 7200 & 8802 in the past 2 weeks. It remains to be seen whether or not D & M will correct the issue or whether it is a chipset limitation.

Time will tell whether or not other manufacturers will have the same issue with their chipsets until DTS X is available to update their AVRs.

The issue is referred to as "Cross Pollination" on AVS

Being able to send Multi Channel PCM makes it easier to compare movies from a NAS instead of loading each movie in to the bluray player.

Hmmm, looks like you have everything set up correctly. The 7200 will not allow you to use a bitstream signal and use the DSU mode. It must be decoded first. HOWEVER, I see that you have the Dune doing that, so I have no idea why it is only showing as stereo when received by the 7200...
Let us know if you figure it out. This is one of the reason why I went with the 5200 as I LOVE the DSU mode and can't imagine it being much better with the new DTS firmware...

I think there was an issue with PCM output in a few of the firmware releases, which restricted them to 2-ch output.
