It would be interesting to know if setting the clock back works - I don't think I've tried that since DOS days and even then it was iffy...
Setting the clock back works cause I just did it earlier today, set it to Jan 2015 and it work no issue. I hope they will still offer makemkv for free. Never had an issue uninstall makemkv when it expired and then installing a new version until today. Hopefully its a new beta key that needs to be update.

The key has been updated and the new one is good until the end of July.

The bitterness of poor quality lasts long after the sweetness of the low price is forgotten . . . life is too short to drink bad wine

Does ClownBD ripped folder preserve the full BD menu while removing warnings and extra or the main menu is also lost?

You can buy it right now if you want; I did. Currently $50. Worth it IMHO as I use it all the time, the registration key just keeps on working with no interruptions, and I can choose to install updates at my convenience. Also if the developers should choose to go for a subscription model at some future time I can't help but think there may be a tiny chance that early adopters will be grandfathered in on a lifetime subscription. Wishful thinking perhaps, but even so I'm happy with what I get for the money spent.

"Some favorable legal decision just recently?"

No idea yet. Maybe they've realized not much can happen to them in China and its every man for himself?

E.B. White said, "I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day."

Main menu is removed too. When you load the disc/ISO it goes straight into the main feature.

I always contribute to freeware/beta authors. Funny some whine about hoping their free software remains free. Wonder if they work for no pay?
